Renovation of a detention facility in Gaffney, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
**As of September 16, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 10, 2025.** **As of September 19, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Replacement of Kitchen Flooring at the CCDC New flooring must be Industrial Kitchen Grade: Seamless epoxy or equivalent is preferred. Must be highly durable, low maintenance and long lasting. All surfaces to receive resinous flooring are to be mechanically abraded/ grinded. Etching and/or bead-blasting should not be used. Strength and Durability Abrasion and Chemical Resistant Low Maintenance and Low Odor High Moisture Tolerance High Traffic and Non-Slip Surface Interested parties may attend. However, it must be noted that these costs and their components are subject to further evaluation for completeness and correctness. Therefore, the cost(s) announced at that time may not be an exact indicator of the Companies pricing position. Neither can the assumption be made that the Company with the lowest price offered will be awarded the contract.
