Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct waste collection services for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 314, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as specified in the plans and specifications. The work includes waste collection (trash, yard waste, recycling—weekly and every other week) for 303 residences and 17 townhomes for the years 2026 through 2030. The approximate quantities and service intervals are detailed in the bid documents. All proposals must be submitted using bid forms supplied by Lamp Rynearson and accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than $27,400, payable unconditionally to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 314. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract and provide a contract and maintenance bond for 100% of the total contract price. Proposals must be sealed and properly marked with the project title and bidder's information. Bid security must be in a separate envelope attached to the proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn for 30 days after the bid opening. The awarding of the contract will be based on the lowest acceptable bid, and the district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities and irregularities. Bidding documents are available online or by request from the engineer, with a non-refundable fee for downloads or physical copies.
