The purpose of this NRFP is to invite Janitorial Services suppliers to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this NRFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract with an experienced, qualified Supplier to provide the Deliverables. Question Deadline 10/23/2025 at 2:00 PM PT All enquiries (Enquiry) regarding any aspect of this NRFP, should be directed to the Contact Person Name: Adrieana Radu Email: aradu@bchousing.org. Deadline for Issuing Addenda Monday, October 27, 2025 Site visit description: An attendance sheet will be provided at each site meeting, and all attendees are required to sign in. Submissions will only be considered from proponents who have attended and signed the attendance sheet at all site meetings for each location. No exceptions will be permitted. Notifications must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact listed in Section 2.3.1 no later than October 16, 2025. On October 16 th, 2025, a confirmation email will be sent to each Proponent who has provided the required advance notice of attendance. * A maximum of one (1) representative from each proponent will be permitted to attend the site visit.
