Renovation of a medical facility in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
**As of December 3, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Architect and/or Engineer for Design Services for the Multi-Campus Emergency Generator Project for DSHS Eastern State Hospital in Medical Lake, WA and the Child Study and Treatment Center in Lakewood, WA. This scope of work includes design and construction administration services. This project will include three (3) generators across two (2) different DSHS campuses. Eastern State Hospital, Medical Lake, WA 1. Eastlake Facility: New exterior-grade generator to serve the southern end of the Eastlake facility and the commercial kitchen. The creation of a new utility yard with fencing and landscaping is anticipated. 2. Westlake Facility: New exterior-grade generator to support the chillers that serve the entire facility. Child Study and Treatment Center, Lakewood, WA: 3. CSTC Campus: New exterior-grade generator will intercept the existing electrical feed between Western State Hospital and CSTC.
