The project is expected to be awarded on December 9th, 2025.** This project provides for all work to complete the replacement of the Old Port 1 Lift Station and installation of a 4-inch sanitary sewer force main, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Sealed bids for the project will only be accepted when submitted using the online Project Bid Portal hosted by Trimble Unity Construct. Bidders must create a new account on the Project Bid Portal to submit a bid. For detailed bidding instructions, refer to the Portal Contractor Bidding Instructions Document. Bidders are encouraged to log into the bid portal and submit a draft proposal at least 24 hours prior to bid opening. Bids can be withdrawn and resubmitted until the bid opening time. For informational purposes, project plans and specifications can be downloaded from the Project Bid Portal or the Builders Exchange website. If plans and specifications are obtained by any process other than through the Project Bid Portal or proper registration, bidders will not be added to the list for addenda or other bid-related information. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished for this purpose and each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid amount. A photocopy of the bid bond or check may be uploaded to the portal but the physical copy must be received by the City at Olympia City Hall by 12:00 pm (noon) of the second business day following the bid submittal deadline. The City of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process.
