The purpose of this solicitation is to complete improvements necessary to preserve building integrity, enhance energy efficiency, and improve safety for residents. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work, which includes but is not limited to: Siding removal and replacement Window removal and replacement Exterior painting Concrete sidewalk and stair replacement/repairs Installation of ductless mini-split heat pumps The work will be performed under a single prime contract, with the general contractor responsible for coordinating and managing all associated trades. The general contractor may utilize subcontractors as necessary; however, the general contractor shall remain fully responsible for the performance, quality, and compliance of all subcontracted work, including adherence to federal, state, and local requirements.
