Architectural firms are sought to provide design services for site improvements at Freedom Farm, located at 4801 Siskiyou St SE, Olympia, WA 98501. Services required include site access lanes with lighting, storm water infrastructure, sewer and water connections for restrooms, fire hydrants, and future connections, permanent restrooms, parking, ADA pathway, and other small projects on the site. The construction budget is $2,500,000. The firm should be familiar with Thurston County's permitting process and have experience or knowledge concerning US Fish and Wildlife habitat conservation and related property mitigation. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format, clearly marked in the subject line, and are limited to 12 pages. Submissions should include a statement of interest, relevant experience, staff qualifications, project management approach, experience in habitat conservation, references from recently completed projects, and identification of all design team members, engineers, consultants, and sub-consultants. Proposals should be concise and straightforward in demonstrating capabilities and must be organized according to the stated instructions.
