Rehabilitation of the Niagara Thruway, I-190 Bridge over the Scajaquada Creek at Milepost N8.75 in Erie County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Bids must be secured with either a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid on the Authoritys Bid Bond Form (TA-44117), or a Bid Deposit as a certified or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $375,000.00. Contractors are responsible for their own hard copies of plans and proposals at no additional cost to the Authority. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal is 5%, Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal is 5%, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal is 3%. Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified New York State Thruway Authority address by the stated deadline and will be opened publicly.
