Sturgeon Point East Clearwell (5,000,000 gal concrete ground) - The exterior shall be pressure washed, washed with a chlorine solution, and then the surface prepared to strip back all loose coating to sound coating. The exterior shall also be coated with two coats of an architectural coating as indicated in Section 13200 - Concrete Tank Rehabilitation. 2.
