Harding Hills Project DART is seeking a contractor to pour a concrete pad and install bus shelter model Tolar 42764 (A) at MLK Jr Pkwy and Post St Southbound Purpose of the IFB DART requests a quote from qualified contractors for a concrete pad and shelter installations service. Scope of Services The project includes but is not limited to the following services: o Pour a concrete pad according to the specifications provided. o Transport and install shelter unit (Tolar model 42764(A)) o Electrical utility connections and lighting systems (NEC compliant) o Installation of solar/PV components, timers, and auxiliary systems o Restoration of project sites to local code (grading, reseeding, etc.) o Coordination with utility providers and permit inspections The Harding Hills Project includes a concrete pad and a shelter installation. Specifications and drawings are attached to the bid. Questions are due October 23, 2025, at 4:30 PM CT Question submitted online. Answers will be posted on October 27, 2025, at 10 AM CT
