This on-call contract is a renewal of the existing Bicycle and Multi-Modal On-Call that is reaching its 3-year mark in 2025. SDOT Capital Projects and Project Development Divisions will utilize this on-call to perform preliminary design work, alternatives analysis, traffic modeling, and final PS&E design packages on various bicycle/transit/pedestrian projects. The on-call will be utilized when no in- house resources are available or when in-house expertise is not available. The Contracts may be extended two additional years for a maximum contract term of five years, depending on performance. Specific services for individual scopes of work, fee and schedule will be let via Work Authorizations. The SDOT Project Manager will engage the Consultant to negotiate individual scopes, schedules, and budget for each Work Authorizations, which will vary based on those services. There is no minimum guarantee of work under this solicitation.
