CityHousing Hamilton invites Proponents to submit a Proposal for the provision of unit turnover Services. Services are required at various CityHousing Hamilton properties throughout the City of Hamilton on an as needed and as requested basis. The following is a partial listing of the various locations and types of Work, which may be required as part of this Contract: Repair or replacement Work to be completed on an as requested and when required basis, which may include but not be limited to any combination of full or partial painting, refinishing, repair and replacement of walls, ceilings, various types of flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, doors, fronts, hardware, and countertops, faucets, fixtures, and associated plumbing, electrical components, railings, and miscellaneous accessories and trim, along with other Services and Work typically encountered during completing renovations and repairs including accessibility renovations. There is no proposal security, performance security or labour and material payment security required for this Request for Proposals. There are no scheduled site meetings for this Request for Proposals. Duration in months: 60
