Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender have been previously selected through the process of Request for Supplier Qualifications 02-2425-RFSQ. Extensive renovation (approx. 9,000 SF) of Psychiatric Emergency Services Department. St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton is seeking a qualified General Contractor, with the expertise to deliver these critical upgrades on time and within budget for the renovation of its Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) Department, a key initiative supported by provincial funding and community donations. This renovation project, part of a broader redevelopment effort, will significantly enhance the capacity and environment of the PES, creating a more compassionate, secure, and patient-centered space. Key elements of the renovation are detailed within this RFT. The primary goals of this renovation are to improve the patient experience by providing a more secure and compassionate environment, increase capacity to serve a growing patient population, and ensure better integration of families in the care process.
