Rehab Bid - 2119 Maine The substance and form of this bid must be acceptable to the City. If any of the above requirements are not met, the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 1 o Roof- Complete tear off of current roof down to the sheathing and disposal away from site. Properly install new 7/16" OSB roof Sheathing. Install new architectural dimensional type shingles. Include new drip edge and any required flashing components. All work must comply with the cunent code requirements. Roofshingles must have a manufacturer's warranty of at least 30 years and be installed to manufacturer's specifications. Provide adequate venting for the attic and roofsystem. 2. Gutters and Downs- Install new aluminum seamless gutters, downspouts and extensions. All downspouts and necessary fittings to install it shall be 5" refinished aluminum "K" .027 gauge material. Ensure that grade is sloping away from foundation. Downspouts to extend a minimum of4' from the home. 3. Soffits and Fascia- Removal of current rotted soffit and fascia where necessary. Replacement with new aluminum soffit and fascia where old soffit or fascia was removed. Soffit to include some perforated panels to allow for adequate intake for roofventilation systems. 4. Siding and Exterior Trim- Install new vinyl siding per manufacturer's specifications, wrap all exposed wood trim around the exterior ofthe home. 5. Garage door and Frame- Repair garage framing where damaged and set garage door to allow for proper function. 6. Bathroom Ceiling, Tub and Floor- Bathroom tub to be removed and disposed of away from the property. Ceiling and flooring to be removed and disposed of away from the home. Window to be removed and sealed offto allow new siding on exterior and adequate weather proofing and insulation behind new tub surround. New tub and surround to be installed including all fixtures to be tight and sealed according to code. New ceiling with bathroom tan to be installed and venting to roofridge vent, all work to comply with current code. New flooring to be single piece vinyl floor, color to be determined by owner. Paint new ceiling and wall with proper seal around the tub.
