Certificate of Insurance will be required from the accepted bidder, per bid specification Question Deadline 11/03/2025 Written request for interpretation shall be made to William A. Kibbe & Associates, Inc., 1475 S. Washington Ave., Saginaw, Michigan 48601, Jay C. Wheeler, PE, jwheeler@kibbe.com Drainage Repairs: 1. Pump existing Detention Pond via outlet piping 2. Allow sewer cleaning and televising contractor to complete their work scope. This work is to be coordinated, but is not to be included in the bid 3. Tree Clearing around Detention Pond 4. Chain link fence repairs around Detention Pond 5. Tideflex valve and adaptor at outlet pipe on the East side of Trumbull Road 6. Storm sewer outlet piping replacement 7. Restoration and hydroseeding
