Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jersey Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of the construction of a single lane roundabout at the intersection of S. County Line Rd (CR51) and Fancher Rd (CR20). It also consists of the installation of a roundabout at the intersections of S. County Line Rd (CR51), Center Village Rd (CR25), Edwards Rd (CR59), and Duncan Plains Rd (CR33). These improvements include construction of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, stormwater updates, street lighting and traffic control. The bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. In addition to the Bid Security, a Performance Bond is required for this project in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total project cost. The Owner requires that all work associated with the project be completed before September 5, 2026. The estimated commencement of work date is November 12, 2025. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. The Delaware County Transportation Improvement District will award the contract to the lowest and best bidder.
