Project Description: Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Consisting of Three (3) Level 2 and One (1) Dcfc Chargers. Commissioning Will Be Performed in Coordination With Our Equipment Provider, Powerflex. Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Will Be Provided by the County; All Other Materials Required to Make System Operational Are the Responsibility of the Contractor (See County Provided Equipment Attachment). Roadway Upgrades Are in Progress by County of Santa Barbara (County) Public Works Department at This Location. Contractor(S) Will Be Required to Work in Conjunction With County Agencies Coordinating Scheduling and Timelines for Some Phased Work. Additionally, Coordination With Southern California Edison (Sce) is Required as New Electrical Service, via Rule 15 and 29, is Being Provided. Contractor(S) Must Meet Sbcag Requirements to Include Ab 841 & Evitp Certification (Puc_740.20 Evitp). Contractor's License: The Contractor Shall Possess Either a Class a, B or a C-10 License. Questions: All Questions Must Be Submitted Electronically Through the Online on or Before 3:00 P.m., Monday, November 24. Any Changes or Additional Information Needed for Bidding Will Be Provided in an Addendum Posted on the Public Purchase Site. Contractors Shall Be Responsible for Addendums. Construction Time: The Successful Contractor (After Receiving the Notice to Proceed) Shall Have 365 Calendar Days to Complete All Work Called for Under the Contract Documents. Liquidated Damages: The Liquidated Damages Will Be $250 (Two Hundred Fifty Dollars) Per Day for Project Delays That Are Determined to Be Attributable to the Contractor.
