Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Statesville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,250-square-foot educational facility; and office development.

This project includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of existing partitions, floor, and ceiling finishes in approximately 2,250SF of existing Classroom and Office space and renovation as required to create a new Dental Assistant Teaching Lab, Classroom and associated support areas. There is some electrical work called out on A-107 Audio Video Prep plan that may not be clear on the electrical drawings, please ensure if you are an electrical contractor you pick up the scope on A-107. All questions must be emailed to Jim Harris, the project architect at jim.harris@j3h.us and responses will be communicated to all registered bidders weekly by Addendum.
