Site work for a civil project in Moosic, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Upgrades to existing infrastructure, including installation of new gravity and force main sewers between the Moosic Pump Station #2 and the former treatment facility. Construction will include open trenching through the Moosic Flood Protection Levee and a directional-drilled stream crossing under Springbrook Creek. Pump station upgrades include interior piping replacement and wet well coating. Bids will only be accepted from interested parties who register by requesting and receiving bid documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the former LRBSA Moosic treatment plant site. All bidder's questions must be submitted via email prior to the deadline. The project is a Public Works Project subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bids must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid amount. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or waive any informalities in bidding. Question Deadline 11/03/2025 at 4:00 PM ET
