Site work for a water / sewer project in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work: replace approximately 25' of 1 1/2 " pipe in basement hallway; replace approximately 15' of 1" pipe and sprinkler head outside of the section 8 department; replace two, 2 1/2 " os & y valves in stairwells (floors nine and five); replace two, 2" valves in mezzazine floor stairwell and one in fire sprinkler room; replace four, 6" os & y valves in the sprinkler room; replace approximately 7' of 6" rotted sprinkler pipe located between 6" os & y valve and flanged check valve in fire sprinkler room; replace 6" main vein style flow switch in fire sprinkler room. Prevailing wage schedule apply to this project.
