Scope of Work: Replacement of approximately 200 lead services on both public and private property. Instructions to Bidders: Sealed Bids are solicited in accordance with the specifications and per MGL Chapter 30 s39M. Bids must be submitted as 1 original, 6 copies, and 1 electronic copy in PDF format on a USB Drive. Bids must include a bid deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount in the specified forms. The successful bidder will be required to submit 100% performance and payment bonds and comply with prevailing wage rates as well as OSHA-approved safety and health training provisions.
