The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY wishes to award a contract for the services of a specialized company to clear snow from the entire roof of the Vieux-Longueuil Operations Centre for the 2025-2026 winter season. The following is a comprehensive list of tasks required to achieve the desired results in the event of snowfall: Snow removal from the entire roof of the CEVL, Clearing, transporting and safely disposing of snow removed from the roof in a storage area that meets current government and municipal standards. The Contract resulting from this Call for Tenders will be a Contract for Services (on demand). The Bidder must understand that the Services will be required according to actual winter needs. The BIDDER must include all direct and indirect costs related to labor, tools, machinery, equipment, fuel, transportation and off-site disposal of snow, and all materials necessary for the proper conduct of operations throughout the duration of the Contract. Any questions or requests for clarification from a BIDDER must be sent in writing to the File Representative at least ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY (120) hours before the date and time set for the receipt of Bids. Following analysis of such a notice from a BIDDER and if the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY deems it appropriate, the Tender Documents shall then be amended by means of an Addendum.
