The BC Timber Sales' Arrow Field Team requires regeneration surveys (single and layered), and free growing surveys (single and layered) within the Castlegar, Salmo, Slocan and Rossland areas, approximately 1000ha annually. See Appendix 1 - 2026 Survey Schedule for individual survey areas. All Free Growing Declarations are to be signed and sealed by a Registered Forest Professional. Declarations will be completed on a Standard Unit basis. See the Schedule A Silviculture Surveys for specific works required. Question Deadline 11/04/2025 at 12:00 PM PT All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.KootenayTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to electronically by November 5, 2025. If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above.
