**As of November 25th, 2025, the project was awarded to Jensen Brothers Construction, Inc with an awarded amount of $17,157,377.80** Grading, culverts, aggregate base, hot mix asphalt surface and incidentals Est. Completion Date: Aug. 7, 2027 The Project includes the following Work: Grading, culverts, aggregate base and hot mix asphalt on 9.2 miles of County Route 3 beginning at 69th Street NW and ending at ND Highway 50. The project will include the following approximate quantities: Common Excavation - Type A - 570,000 CY; Aggregate Base Course CL 5 - 190,000 Tons; Superpave FAA 45 - 50,000 Tons; PG 58V-34 Asphalt Cement - 3,500 Ton; Geosynthetic Material Type GT - 200,000 SY; Pipe Conduit (multiple sizes) - 5,000 LF. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
