This project consists of the replacement of selected doors, frames and hardware around the exterior of the North Bergen High School building. Some locations have side lites that are either panels or glazing and will also be replaced in kind as indicated for each door. There are several locations where there are more extensive curtain wall issues that will require full frame, glazing and door replacement. There are also several locations where some concrete repair at or near the thresholds and just outside the doors will be required. These are indicated by location. All electronic security devices, card readers, electronic latches and proximity sensors are to remain. Where the full frame is being replaced, devices are to be removed temporarily and reinstalled on the new door/wall in the same locations.
