Reference Number 0000401477 The City of Yonkers, through its Department of Planning and Development (the "City"), is requesting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or consortiums to lead a comprehensive planning and potential rezoning initiative for the South Broadway Gateway. Proposers must submit both a Technical and a Cost Proposal for these services, based on the requirements described herein. The South Broadway Gateway is the approximately 1.2 mile stretch of South Broadway within the City spanning from the Bronx border to the intersection with Vark Street and described more fully herein (the "South Broadway Gateway" or "Gateway"). Serving as the gateway from New York City to the Hudson Valley, the South Broadway Gateway is divided into four zoning sub-districts: North, Center, Core, and South.
