Jasper R-V School District is seeking bids for the demolition and reinstallation of bathrooms and plumbing at various campus locations. The project includes the following areas and specific work: Tabler Gymnasium: Demolition and replacement of 6 toilets/partitions, 3 urinals, 6 sinks, 10 shower heads, 4 floor drains, water/sewer pipe; removal and replacement of concrete floor, flooring, and block wall as needed. Upgrade pipe as needed for flush valves. Special Education: Demolition and replacement of 1 toilet, 1 sink, 1 floor drain, water/sewer pipe; removal and pourback of concrete floor as needed; removal and replacement of concrete floor, flooring, and block wall as needed. Elementary 3rd Grade: Demolition and replacement of 8 toilets/partitions, 5 urinals, 6 sinks, 2 floor drains, and water/sewer pipe; removal and replacement of concrete floor, flooring, and block wall as needed. Elementary K, 1st, Nurse: Demolition and replacement of 5 toilets, 5 sinks, 5 floor drains, water/sewer pipe; removal and replacement of concrete floor, flooring, and block wall as needed. South High School: Demolition and replacement of 6 toilets/partitions, 4 urinals, 4 sinks, 2 floor drains, and sewer pipe; removal and replacement of concrete floor, flooring, and block wall as needed. Exterior Underground Pipe: Replacement of old cast iron pipe in underground locations per map. Bids must be clearly marked as "Plumbing and Bathroom Upgrades" and submitted to the superintendent's office at 201 W. Mercer St., Jasper, MO by 12:00PM on Friday, December 12, 2025. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may waive any irregularity in proposals if it is in the District's best interests.
