Tualatin Valley Water District (District) wishes to purchase Aluminium Sulfate (Alum) in bulk quantities for delivery to the Willamette Water Supply System (WWSS) Water Treatment Plant (WTP). If it has not been approved within one business day, or if you have questions about this process, please contact bidsandproposals@tvwd.org. Late bids, hard copy submissions, and submissions via fa or email will not be accepted. District reserves the right to cancel this ITB, reject any and all bids not in compliance with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including proposer responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon District's finding that it is in District's or the public's best interest to do so. District reserves the right to waive informalities and to negotiate a contract with the highest-scoring bidder.
