Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Garden City, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Project consists of the following (in general): Earthwork and grading, concrete sidewalk construction, sidewalk ramp construction, pedestrian bridge abutment construction, pre-fabricated pedestrian bridge fabrication and installation, bridge lighting, residential and commercial driveway construction, railing fabrication and installation, traffic signal system supply and installation, signing, pavement markings, temporary traffic control, seeding, erosion control, and other ancillary items of work. Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download Bidding Documents. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither OWNER nor ENGINEER assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. This Project is funded with local and KDOT Cost Share Program state funds; there are no federal funds in the project. A pre-bid conference is not planned at this time. QA date - 11-12-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
