Site work for a civil project in Regina, Saskatchewan. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Northwest Regional Wastewater Lift Station, gravity trunk, and forcemain. The lift station site is on Pinkie Road parcel 203960448. Reference land description Blk/Par E-Plan No. 102387113. The site is approximately 100m x 100m and shall accommodate the lift station building, an onsite wastewater storage and any ancillary structures. A wastewater gravity trunk upstream the lift station: The trunk shall be designed to service an immediate catchment as well as a long-term catchment as indicated on Schedules 5 and 6 to this Contract, with the trunk designed to extend north across the intersection of Armour Road and the Last Mountain Railway and up to the boundary of Skywood development. A forcemain from the new Northwest Region Wastewater Lift Station (NRWLS) to the wastewater treatment plant valve chamber: The approximate length of the forcemain is estimated to be 2,220 meters, the exact length and route shall be determined during the design phases. The new lift station is expected to advance green field development and support City continued growth in the northwest region of the City. TIMELINE: RFP for engineering design services has been awarded. Design work is expected to be carried out over 11 months; construction start is currently planned for 2027. *Construction cost to be confirmed.
