Site work for a water / sewer project in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of January 23, 2026 the contract has been awarded. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for performing all work necessary for construction of 22,284 LF of 12" water line, valves, service lines, meter settings, hydrants, and 77 LF of 8" water line. Bidders must bid on all items as the whole work will be awarded as a single contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. Bidders must be on the plan holders list and are required to purchase paper or digital plans and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Cashier's Check of at least 5% of the amount of the bid. Construction, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price are required. Bidders must comply with state public works contract laws. Indian preference will be given with proof of Cherokee Nation TERO certification, and TERO fees and paperwork are required. The project is financed by ARPA funds through the Cherokee Nation, with federal wage and equal opportunity requirements in effect. completion is 180 calendar days. Liquidated damages are $ 5,000.00 per calendar days
