Widening the intersection, reconstructing the approaches of Aerosmith Drive and Carrier Boulevard, extending the existing corrugated metal arched culverts, replacing the existing guardrail and terminal end sections, temporary pavement markings, permanent pavement markings, and milling, widening, and overlaying Old Highway 49. Also included is the installation of a four-way traffic signal system and all other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The contractor is responsible for performing all work and furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and drawings referred to. Bidders must comply with the contract provisions governing the selection and employment of labor, including minimum wage rates and the requirements of the Work Hours Act of 1962.
