The Project consists of the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment to construct and ready for operation Richland High School Serving Line Improvements and all associated construction within the time stated and in strict accordance with the construction documents. Complete the Work by June 26, 2026. Sealed bids are sought for Richland High School Serving Line Improvements in the Rankin County School District. Bids must be submitted for all work required by the contract documents. Bid documents must be obtained by registering and purchasing them from the specified website, with no partial sets issued. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name, bid number, company name, address, and all applicable state and local license and registration numbers. Proposals must be accompanied by Proposal Security in the form of a Certified Check or acceptable Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the Base Bid. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and received on or before the scheduled opening, with no withdrawals permitted for thirty days after the closing time. All bids over $50,000 must comply with Mississippi Code Sections 31-3-15 and 31-3-21. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, or postpone decisions for up to thirty days.
