Trail Improvements - LDWF ATV/UTV Trail at RS WMA The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor to make improvements to an existing ATV/UTV trail for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) as per Attachment C - Specifications. In accordance with La. R.S. 37:2165 C, anyone objecting to the above classification(s) must send a certified letter to both the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and the Office of State Procurement. The letter must be received no later than 10 working days prior to the day on which the bid is to be opened. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation.
