Renovation of a municipal facility in Papillion, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor for the replacement of the North Chiller of the Sarpy County Courthouse. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 at 10:00 AM CT The County has contracted with Morrissey Engineering, Inc., an engineering firm that evaluated the existing system, for design. This firm has drafted the specifications and drawing documents. The scope of services sought for this project includes installation of a chiller, pumps, hydronic accessories (including, but not limited to, expansion tank, air separator, glycol make-up package, buffer tank, etc.), and piping modifications. The Contractor shall provide all other services that may be necessary and proper for the successful installation and startup of the Project in conformance with the Plans and Specifications. The Project includes two add alternates. Alternate #1 includes replacing additional exterior chilled water piping. Alternate #2 requires a temporary chilled water system.
