Instead, Consultants shall address any perceived ambiguity regarding this solicitation through the question-andanswer process. If the Questions pertain to a specific section of the solicitation, the page and section number(s) must be referenced. The City requires to receive Questions through the eProcurement portal. The consultant may wish to request confirmation of receipt from the Issuing Officer to ensure delivery.
