Site work and addition to a warehouse / distribution facility in Papillion, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
City of Papillion is requesting Letters of Interest and Qualifications for the Design Build Project - Walnut Creek Shop Addition for the Park Department, located at 9902 Schram Road, Papillion, NE 68046. The City of Papillion, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and relevant regulations, will ensure that minority business enterprises have full opportunity to submit bids for this project and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability/handicap. The City reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject all or any proposals. Building Specifications o Dimensions: o Length: 120 o Width: 48' o Height: Approx. 26' at peak; 17' soffit height o Area: 5,760 sq ft o Roof Slope: 4/12 main slope; 1/12 lower chord o Foundation: o Concrete columns in-ground with concrete splashboard or continuous footings o No wood in contact with ground ExteriorRoofing & Siding, & 36" Wainscot: o Factory color to closest match existing barn (grey). White roof o .019 Commercial-grade ribbed metal, 36" coverage o 70% PVDF finish, fastened stainless steel screws o Include 7/16" thick OSB by approx. 32" tall protective linear behind wainscot o Overhangs: o 1' vented overhangs, approx. -6" Fascia, 5" gutters with 3"x4" downspouts with elbows at base. o Snow Retention: o 120 LF, 2-row aluminum on west roof slope Doors o Walk Doors: (2) insulated steel door with insulated door frame, 3'x6'8", keyed lever lock o Overhead Doors: All on westside of building o (2) 10'2" x 10', insulated, (R-18, U-factor 0.14), commercial-grade openers o (3) 14'2" x 14', insulated, with glass15" radius tracks, 14' rails o (1) Keyless entry pad programmable to individual door Interior o Ceiling finish with .019 commercial quality ribbed metal panels, 36" coverage, White CQ polyester solid, fastened to lower chord of truss with painted steel screws. Vaper Retarder and Air deflector at eaves between trusses. Interior wall with 7/16" OSB, Wall Cavity insulated witho Electrical panel with expansion capacity o Lighting: Overhead LED lights throughout o Double Light switches- One controls West row of lights and the other will control the East row of lights o 2 zones of lights - Lumens = 300,000 - 50 ft candles o Light above and below mezzanine o 5 overhead door outlets Plumbing o Bathroom: Rough-in for one future bathroom (SE corner) Concrete Pad o Area will be 1% sloping towards doors on Westside of building. o Size: 120 x 48' x 6" o Mix: NDOR 47B, #4 fiberglass rebar @ 24" o.c. each way. Power trowel finish o Insulation: o Horizontal: 2" x 4' Foamular (equivalent to)250, R-10 around inside perimeter o Vertical: 2" x 6" around perimeter Attic- o Minimum R-38 fiberglass blown-in insulation. Under no circumstances will blow-in cellulose be allowed. Mezzanine o 12' x 48' Mezzanine on southside of building. Against south wall. Questions, Requests for Clarification and Suggestions for Changes Consultants who have provided their intent submit qualifications on the solicitation are invited to submit written questions, requests for clarifications, and/or suggestions for changes to the specifications of this solicitation (hereafter "Questions") by the due date and time provided in the Procurement Timetable. Consultants are not permitted to include assumptions in their Qualifications. Instead, Consultants shall address any perceived ambiguity regarding this solicitation through the question-andanswer process. If the Questions pertain to a specific section of the solicitation, the page and section number(s) must be referenced. The City requires to receive Questions through the eProcurement portal. The consultant may wish to request confirmation of receipt from the Issuing Officer to ensure delivery. Written responses to questions will be posted to the eProcurement Portal by the date provided in the Procurement Timetable.
