Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permits required to complete the project as follows: A. Demolition and Site Preparation Remove existing asphalt in the designated areas and legally dispose of all materials. Grade and compact subgrade for rock, sidewalk, and planting areas as required. B. Concrete and Drainage Install new concrete sidewalk meeting ADA standards and local codes. Install domed drainage grates in low-lying areas for proper water management. C. Landscaping and Irrigation Install rock and rock edging consistent with district design standards. Install a drip irrigation system designed for water efficiency and proper coverage of all plantings. Plant (7) 2 caliper crab apple trees, twenty-one (21) ornamental grasses, and twenty-one (21) 1-gallon shrubs, species and locations to be approved by ACSD#1 prior to installation. Apply weed barrier fabric beneath all rock and mulch areas Est.
