The Snowy Range Waterline Replacement - Adams to Schrader Project takes place on Snowy Range Rd. and West Jackson St. The existing 6-inch waterline is approximately 60 years old and in poor condition. The City of Laramie seeks to replace the waterline ahead of WYDOT's planned full reconstruction of Highway 230.
