Site work for a water / sewer project in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: A new concrete and sheet pile diversion dam and intake structure with associated gates and controls, grouted rock ramp, side channel fishway, manway, and other irrigation improvements. Instructions to Bidders Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, including without limitations, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. In accordance with W.S. 16-6-101 et. seq., a 5% preferential treatment shall be given to all Bids submitted by Wyoming Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 10/03/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
