Renovation of an educational facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond with sufficient surety, or a certified check or cashier's check, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid, payable to, and to be forfeited to, the Albany County School District No. 1 as liquidated damages if bidder fails to enter into contract within thirty (30) days after award to him, or fails, at the time of executing the agreement, to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Facsimile (fax) or other copies of bonds are not acceptable, nor are certified or cashier's checks which have an expiration date of less than one year. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 4, 2026 QA date - 10-17-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretation or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued only by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than six (6) days prior to the date for opening of the Bids may not be answered.
