Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 11/14/2025 at 10:00 AM CT All questions shall be submitted at www.civcastusa.com through the question and answer section of this project. Questions will not be considered after three (3) calendar days prior to the bid opening. The project site is along Tidwell Road approximately 850 feet west of the intersection of Tidwell Road and Beltway 8. The address for the water plant site is 13418 1/2 Tidwell Road, Houston, TX 77044. Project No. 2409130107 The work includes the construction of one 700 gpm water well, one 427,000-gallon metal ground storage tank, two 15,000-gallon hydropneumatics tanks, three 1,000 gpm and one 500 gpm vertical turbine booster pumps, one CMU control building and electrical service, one 450 kW emergency natural gas generator including natural gas service connection, electrical work and controls, plant piping, valves, fittings, thrust blocks, pipe supports, disinfection equipment, fencing, drainage, detention and mitigation ponds, concrete pavement, hydro-mulching seeding, protective coating for all facilities, and all items needed for a completely functional water plant facility. An alternate bid item for a 427,000-gallon bolted steel ground storage tank in lieu of a welded steel ground storage tank is included.
