Scope of Work: The work involves the construction of a single-story building of approximately 16,000 s.f. to serve as a community center with a bid alternate for the gymnasium. The base bid design includes a large multi-purpose room, classroom, game room, computer room, office space, warming kitchen and restrooms. Project shall be completed within 400 calendar days A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Montgomery County Commission in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
