The Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Corporation") is issuing a public call for tenders for construction work involving general contractor services for the development of a new courtroom for the Court of Appeal of Quebec and the redevelopment of the Legal Information Access Centre and the Crime Victims Assistance Centre for the building located at 300 Jean-Lesage Boulevard, Quebec City (Québec) G1K 8K6. The work required under this tender must be completed within 60 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required to procure materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company. The probable start date for the work is between 12 January and 2 February 2026.
