Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairmount, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Multiple prime bids will be accepted - Individual Mechanical, Individual Electrical, and Individual General bids for the associated labor and material required to provide a complete project., as well as a single prime bid for the complete project, including all Mechanical, Electrical, and General labor and material required to provide a complete project. Liquidated damages shall be in effect for this project. See Bid Form and Instruction to Bidders for details. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid plus all add alternates, or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of North Dakota and made payable to the "Fairmount Public School No. 18, Fairmount, North Dakota". Event bid note: Faxed bids will not be accepted; however, faxed bid adjustments will be accepted until the time of bid opening. Fax adjustments to 701-474-5862. Faxed adjustments must be followed up with a signed hard copy mailed to Fairmount Public School Finance Office - Attn: Amy Gebro. The Fairmount Public School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
