Provide materials and/or services for the demolition at 9201 Olive Blvd. See attached General Conditions, Specifications, and Bid Form for detailed information. All articles to be furnished must be delivered F.O.B. destination with all transportation charges paid by the bidder. Bids must be submitted on provided forms, manually signed by an individual authorized to legally bind the company, and clearly marked with '9201 Olive Blvd Demolition' on the outside of the mailing envelope. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids received after the stated opening date and time will be rejected. Corrections must be initialed. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent of the sum total base bid. All expenses for submitting bids are the responsibility of the bidder. Bids are irrevocable for a minimum period of 90 days upon opening. The lowest responsible and responsive bidder will be selected, based on conformity to quality and requirements. Each bidder is responsible for determining if addenda were issued and making them part of the bid. The City reserves rights to investigate bidder responsibility, to audit records for three years post-final payment, and to require applicable compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the demolition work, the removal of demolition materials, and disposal of materials and related work, as specified herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for hauling all material waste. All work shall be in accordance with the requirements, the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of these guidelines. Contractor shall complete all work.
