The fencing will be installed to define park and trail boundaries, protect natural areas, and enhance visitor safety while maintaining the park's natural character. Fence sections will be along portions of the Warson Road and Olive Boulevard park boundaries. The City of Olivette is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the furnishing and installation of split rail fencing at Stacy Park The fencing will be installed to define park and trail boundaries, protect natural areas, and enhance visitor safety while maintaining the park's natural character. Fence sections will be along portions of the Warson Road and Olive Boulevard park boundaries. The project consists of installing approximately 615 linear feet of split rail fencing within designated areas of Stacy Park. Work will occur in active public spaces and must be coordinated to minimize disruption to park users and natural features. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to: Furnishing and installing three-rail, and two-rail, natural Western red cedar split rail fencing (3R 415'/2R 200'), rails not to exceed 10 feet between posts. Alignment and layout per site plan and on-site field direction Gravel base for each post hole, minimum four inches deep Adhere to tree protection zones (TPZ) for existing trees, turf, trails, and natural areas Restoration of disturbed areas to pre-existing conditions Removal and proper disposal of excess materials and debris Recommendation to Council 03/24/2026
