The County of Sonoma ("County") hereby gives notice that it will accept bids for construction of the following Public Work: Brickway B ROV TIs (Suspended Ceiling) Provide installation of new suspended acoustical ceiling systems throughout the tenant improvement areas of the 3880 Brickway Boulevard project (approx. 15,000 k sq. ft.). All work shall conform to the RCP drawings, ceiling details, and applicable seismic, fire, and structural codes noted within the permit set. Demolition to be done by others. All work in accordance with RCP portion of drawings (A2.31), items include, but are not limited to: -Provide and install heavy-duty suspended ceiling grid system -Grid members to be supported with wire hanger, per specifications -Install cross tees, horizontal restraint wires, compression, struts and seismic clips, per ceiling detail. -Acoustic ceiling tiles, lay in, per Arch specifications. All grid and acoustics to match Arch intent, unless otherwise determined with County Representative. -Coordinate ceiling grid layout and elevations with: Architectural reflected ceiling plan (Sheet A2.31) Lighting layout and fixture schedule (Electrical sheets E0.02 & E2.01) HVAC diffuser and register locations (Mechanical sheets M7.01 & related) All questions pertaining to the Bid are to be submitted to the Countys Project Manager Leah DeLong via email leah.delong@sonomacounty.gov with Event 2085 Brickway B ROV TIs Suspended Ceiling Project Number: CP40057AE - Questions in the subject line, no later than 5:00PM on Friday, October 24, 2025.
