BC Housing is seeking a general contractor to conduct Hazardous Materials Abatement, Selective Demolition, and Renovation of an existing building to convert it from an office building into a 40-bed temporary shelter under VBBL code in Vancouver, BC. The contractor will be responsible for: Providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the described work. Assistance in obtaining all permits and letters of assurance required by the City, ensuring all inspections are performed, and providing BC Housing with copies of all inspection reports and approvals.
