The Lafayette Parish School Board (LPSB) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Construction Management firms interested in providing Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for: New K-8 Replacement School in District 4 The Lafayette Parish School Board desires to design a new K-8 Replacement School in District 4 at the existing J.W. Faulk Elementary School located at 711 E. Willow Street in Lafayette, Louisiana 70501 with the intent to construct the new school with the existing school remaining in use until completion of the new school. All firms interested in submitting a SOQ in response to the RFP are required to attend. SOQs submitted by firms who do not attend the Mandatory PreProposal Conference will be rejected. SOQ Respondents, their consultants, subconsultants, or other parties representing the proposed team for this solicitation may not contact any LPSB CMAR Selection Committee members concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until after the date of the selection. LPSB and the LPSB CMAR Selection Committee, reserve the right to reject any or all timely submitted SOQs in response to this RFQ for just cause and waive any information with any proposals received.
