Reference Number 0000429953 Question Deadline 07/27/2026 at 12:00 PM ET The City of East Lansing is requesting qualified vendors to submit proposals for installing foam insulation in the walls of the DPW administration building. The City of East Lansing Department of Public Works (DPW) is a 70,600 square foot facility which includes 2,600 square feet for administrative offices and meeting spaces. The facility is located at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing MI 48823 in the County of Clinton and was approved for occupancy in August of 2005. We are committed to the City's Climate Sustainability Plan through the reduction of the City's carbon footprint, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and improvement of energy efficiency of government facilities. This project is essential to lessen the environmental impact, improve the building envelope, protect the well-being of staff and constituents and assist in the preservation of city assets. General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Material Safety Data Sheets Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Rd., East Lansing, MI 48823. The envelope shall be clearly marked on the exterior denoting the name of the firm submitting the proposal and the name of the particular professional services contract for which the proposal is offered.
